Azam & Rai engaged by major Chinese law firm for advice on the Anti-Dumping Laws of Pakistan

Azam & Rai was engaged by a major Chinese law firm to advise it on the anti-dumping laws of Pakistan as a precursor to the possible imposition of anti-dumping duties by the Government of Pakistan on Chinese manufacturers - thereby becoming the first law firm in Pakistan to be engaged by Chinese manufacturers to contest possible anti-dumping duties in Pakistan under the new WTO regime.
