Azam & Rai incorporated the Lahore International Medical Centre (Pvt.) Ltd., a limited liability company, on behalf of overseas Pakistani investors based in Saudi Arabia. The Company is to set up a state-of-the-art multi-million dollar hospital and medical centre, known as "Lahore IMC", in Lahore - Pakistan's second largest city, that would not only cater to Pakistan’s healthcare market but also attract “medical tourists” from abroad. Lahore IMC is to introduce a new system of "health management" services that would revolutionize the healthcare sector in Pakistan. Prior to incorporation, Azam & Rai advised the foreign and overseas Pakistani investors on the legal and regulatory aspects of investment in the healthcare sector in Pakistan.
